Medical diagnosis is a disease or medical problem. The process of determining in which a disease, illness and injury occurs that explains a person symptoms and signs. To help with the diagnosis are health status, checkup, testing such as blood and urine tests, imaging tests, and samples are be used. A medical diagnosis of Cerebro Vascular Attack (CVA) which gives information about the patient's health. Diagnosis can be used to identify the bacteria, which is causing an infection to avoid long term problems. Patients who are untreated and they may accidently spread the disease to others. It can only done by qualified and recognized health professionals. A diagnostic procedure can be undertaken by a physician, dentist, nurse practitioner, healthcare scientist, medical assistant and health professionals.
