International Scholars Journals Publishing Corporation provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge.

Authors of articles published in any of our journals remain the copyright holders and grant third parties the right to use, reproduce and share the article according to the Creative Commons license agreement.

All issues of our journals are available online for free without any charge to download or print each article. ISJ does not also charge authors for submission or publication of papers and authors can archive publisher's version/PDF.

International Scholars Journals Publishing Corporation is committed to disseminating its research and scholarship as widely as possible. In view of this, and for the primary purpose of making our scholarly articles widely and freely accessible, each author upon submission agrees to grant to International Scholars Journals Publishing Corporation a nonexclusive, irrevocable, worldwide license to exercise any and all rights under copyright relating to his scholarly article,  for the purpose of making it widely and freely available in an open access format.
