Isolated bilateral thumb arthritis: A bizarre initial presentation of common arthritis

Dactylitis is a known manifestation of seronegative spondyloarthropathy. Here, an unusual case of psoriatic arthritis presented initially with isolated erosive metacarpophalengeal joint arthritis of both thumbs for 2 years without obvious etiology was reported. Later on, dactylitis and skin psoriasis were developed.
