Aims and scope

African Journal of Environmental Economics and Management is a peer-reviewed academic journal covering all facets of environmental economics and management as well as theoretical and empirical issues concerned with the linkage between economic systems and environmental and natural resources.

It publishes reviews of resource economics covering such topics as agricultural economics, environmental economics, renewable resources, exhaustible resource, natural environment, built environment, ecology, environmental science, environmental sociology, environmental justice, pollution control and natural resource management.

The journal is an interdisciplinary, peer-reviewed journal covering policy and decision-making relating to all aspects of environmental sciences and related disciplines. The journal covers law, policy and procedures for environmental assessment, including areas such as environmental impact assessment, eco-labelling, stakeholder communication, and environmental tools for the financial community.
